Bylaw, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of purchase. This right does not apply to custom orders. Return shipping will be covered by the buyer.

We attach the greatest importance to the production of our goods. In the event of any physical defects, you can file a complaint within 24 months from the date of purchase.
Complaints can be made via e-mail: email@example.com or in writing to: HAPPY4KIDS Sp. z o.o., ul. Godlewskiego 1c/47, 65-001 Zielona Góra.
The complaint must include: your contact details, information about the defect and date of its finding, the client’s request, bank account number and the confirmation of purchase.
We will respond to all emails within 14 days of receipt of the application. We will inform you about the decision by email.
