The subject matter of the online store www.myminihome.pl is the retail and wholesale of furniture and toys for children via the Internet
Products offered in the online store www.myminihome.pl are sold on the territory of the Republic of Poland, as well as outside its borders
Terms & Definitions

Online store – a shop run by the Seller, available at the address www.myminihome.pl
Client – a natural person, a legal person purchasing Goods via the Online Store
Sales Agreement – a contract for the sale of the Goods concluded via the Online Store between the Customer and the Seller
Goods – any movable item available in the Online Store, which is the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller
Working day – the day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
Shopping Cart – a form available in the Online Store that allows you to place an Order
Order – Customer’s declaration of will constituting an offer to conclude a Goods Sale Agreement with the Seller
Account – a set of resources in the Seller’s tele-information system, in which the Customer’s data is collected (in particular about complex Orders), marked with an individual login and password, available after registration and logging in to the online shop user’s administrative panel
Registration Form – a form available in the Online Store, which is used to create an Account, which requires providing Login details such as: e-mail address and password, as well as Customer Data: Name and Surname / Name, Street, House number / flat, Postal code, NIP number, City, Country, Province, Telephone number, Other address for shipping
Orders can be placed throughout the year, 24 hours a day, via the website www.myminihome.pl – excluding periods of technical breaks specified in the information message posted on the website of the online store.
Orders are placed via the order form via the website www.myminihome.pl. The order delivery time is up to 21 business days from the time the payment is credited to your account or pickup.
The goods are sent via courier. The expected delivery time for domestic shipments is 1-3 business days. The delivery time of foreign shipments is determined individually via e-mail.
The time of order fulfillment is defined as the time of production and completing the order without the anticipated time of delivery of the goods by the courier company.
The Seller confirms the receipt of the Order and summarizes it by sending to the Customer by e-mail a message containing: information on receipt of the Order, confirmation of all essential elements of the Order, the Seller’s declaration of acceptance of the Order for execution. Upon the confirmation of the Order, a Sales Agreement is concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
The subject of the contract is the product mentioned in the order. The rights and obligations of the parties resulting from the concluded contract are regulated in the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 1964 No. 16, item 93 with subsequent exchanges) and in the Act of March 2, 2000. on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 22, item 271, as amended).
To place an order in the online store www.myminihome.pl by the customer, it is necessary to read the Regulations beforehand and its acceptance and compliance with its provisions.

The price of the Goods displayed on the Online Store website is binding at the time the Customer places an Order.
From the moment of the Seller’s approval of the Order, the Customer is not able to modify the placed Order.
Confirmation of the Sale Agreements concluded is accompanied by proof of purchase attached to the parcels. The customer receives a VAT invoice.
The prices indicated in the Online Store are gross prices expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN), containing tax on goods and services (VAT) in the amount resulting from the applicable delivery regulations, will be available when placing the order. Additionally, the summary of the Order and feedback can be provided.
The Customer purchases the Goods and orders delivery services according to prices and the amount of delivery costs in force at the time of placing the Order.
The prices do not include delivery costs; Information about the cost of delivery or lack of cost.

The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of the Goods and the amount of delivery costs, in particular in the event of a change in the price lists of services provided by entities performing deliveries. This provision does not apply to orders in progress.
The Seller reserves the right to introduce new Goods to the Online Store and to withdraw from the sale of Goods previously available, as well as to carry out and cancel promotional campaigns.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the content and condition of the parcel at the time of receipt in the presence of the supplier. In the case of mechanical damage found during the transport, the customer together with the supplier write a protocol of refusal to accept the Goods due to the damage found. The Customer is obliged to immediately inform the Seller about the fact of refusal to accept the Goods due to the mechanical damage found during the transport.
The Seller shall not be liable for damages caused by irregularities (including mistakes) committed by the Ordering party in the Order Form, as a result of which the shipment did not reach the recipient, as well as for unjustified refusal to collect the shipment. The costs associated with re-shipping and handling such an Order shall be borne by the Customer.
Customer Complaints & Returns Policy
- The Seller and simultaneously the manufacturer, grants a 12-month warranty for Goods purchased through the Online Store www.myminihome.pl
Mechanical damage resulting from improper use of the Goods is not subject to complaint
Complaints may be submitted in written format to the address of the Seller or via email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org via the complaint form available on the Online Store website.
The Seller shall consider the submitted complaint without unnecessary delay, however not later than within 14 days from the date of its correct submission by the Customer, informing the Customer about the method of settling the complaint.
Pursuant to the Act of March 2, 2000 “on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product”, the customer may resign from the goods bought in our store without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. The possibility of return does not include products made to individual customer’s order and made in other variants than the standard, e.g. color. It is possible only when the goods do not bear traces of use, is complete and has not been damaged in any way. The returned goods should be sent back together with the invoice received with it. The store guarantees a refund equal to the price of the item. The money will be returned within 5 business days by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer or via the transaction system. The cost of returning the goods is not refundable.
Please be advised that personal details provided on the order form in the myminihome.pl online store are collected and processed in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101 item 926, as amended). The collected personal data is used only for the purpose of carrying out orders placed and for information about promotions and will in no case be made available to third parties. Every customer of our store has the right to access, modify and delete your personal data from our database.
The contract for the sale of goods is concluded in accordance with Polish law and documented within the Polish language.
The competent court for the settlement of disputes arising from the sale agreement is the court competent for the defendant’s seat or the court competent for the place of performance of the contract.
